PAL COMPONENT LOANER PROGRAM:

The following fuel system components for GE gas turbines are available for loan from PAL Engineering while similar components are being reconditioned at our hydraulics lab in Amsterdam, NY. The purpose of the program is to make these components available during high-demand periods, when the gas turbine could be called upon to operate.

There are three Component Loaner Plans offered:

1. Standby in Amsterdam: A fuel regulator or pump will be boxed and ready to immediately ship to a site should the client require it for installation during the reconditioning period of their own devices. Note: Most fuel controls take approximately one month, from date of receipt at our facility, to recondition. Rental prices are for a one-month loaner period. Loan amount will be applied if component is purchased.
   
   Standby in Amsterdam cost: $3,000
   
   
2. On-site Standby: Fuel regulator or pump is shipped to the client’s storage facility and held in standby if needed. If not used, it must be return-shipped to PAL in Amsterdam, NY.
   
   On-site Standby cost: $5,000, plus cost of round-trip shipping.
   
   
3. Ship and Install: Fuel regulator or pump is shipped to the client and installed on a gas turbine. Once the client’s regulator or pump has been reconditioned and returned, the rental unit must be returned to PAL Amsterdam. Upon return, the component will need to be inspected, disassembled, cleaned and retested.
   
   Ship and Install cost: $7,000, plus cost of round-trip shipping.
