Subject: Turbine rotor stands for RENT
Applies to GE gas turbines and generators: MS5001, 6001, 7001.

Rental Fee: $500 per week, per pair (2 pair available)

Pond and Lucier, LLC has two pairs of rotor stands for rent.  Wooden blocks are lined with copper to project rotor journals.  See Fig. 1 below.

Rotor is typically supported by separate stands at each end as shown in Fig. 2 below.

Rotor journals are protected from damage by copper lining the blocks, as shown in Fig. 3.

The rotor supports can facilitate such work as compressor blade replacement as in Fig. 4.

Cost does not include transportation to/from site by PAL trucker.  Also, cost of mileage and related travel expenses of truck driver are not included.  Rotor stands are stored in our facility in Amsterdam, NY.  The stands cannot be used for shipping rotors since the supports are not physically connected.
